Helping Hands Medical Project Jadan India

The Trust Helping Hands Medical Project Jadan India was established in order to improve the quality and accessibility of healthcare in India. It was my own experience of travelling in India which led me to found this project. In 2011 I had the opportunity to see the healthcare system up close when I spent 5 weeks working in hospitals in Indian state of Rajasthan. I saw how professionally, financially, administratively and technically difficult it is to provide healthcare for all. Even though progress has been made in the last few years, the standard of healthcare and approach to hygiene are still on a low level, especially in state hospitals. And I would like to contribute to improve this situation with my project.
